Requirements
All applicants for fellowship training in Pediatric Dermatology must have satisfactorily completed the residency requirements for general Dermatology and be certified by or be eligible for certification by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD).
How To Apply
We request that applicants who fulfill these criteria submit the following information
- Date of expected completion of an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency prior to fellowship start date
- Brief personal statement
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from your dermatology residency program director. These letters must be submitted by the letter writer directly to our program. Letters submitted by the applicant will not be accepted.
- Materials should be sent to Katia Estevez, GME Program Manager at ke2007@cumc.columbia.edu
- Once we have received and reviewed all application materials, we will contact selected candidates to arrange an interview with the fellowship program director and members of the faculty. We are happy to work with each applicant to accommodate their schedule.
- A New York State medical license is required prior to the start date of the fellowship
