Application Information
Requirements
To be eligible for the fellowship, candidates must have graduated from approved medical schools in the United States or Canada. Graduates from foreign medical schools must hold an ECFMG Certificate. Additionally, applicants must have completed a residency training program in either Pathology or Dermatology and be eligible for certification in either one to enter the program. The application process for the academic year 2026-2027 will start on May 1st, 2024.
How To Apply
Applications to the Dermatopathology Fellowship for AY 2026-2027 need to be submitted with the following information:
- Complete the CAP Standardized Application for Pathology Fellowships Form
- A Personal Statement
- Curriculum Vitae (in year-month format)
- Three letters of recommendation (one from current training program director)
- USMLE transcripts
- ECFMG (if applicable)
- Photo (optional)
Application Materials can be submitted electronically to the program manager at the email address listed below. Letters of recommendation can be submitted via email from the author/author’s office.
