Overview
Dr. Pilitsi is a double board-certified dermatologist and internal medicine physician who is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care to her patients. With advanced training in both specialties, she brings a comprehensive approach to skin health, with expertise in complex skin conditions, autoimmune diseases, and women’s health.
Dr. Pilitsi earned her medical degree with highest honors (summa cum laude) from Democritus University of Thrace in Greece. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Boston University, where she developed a special interest in autoimmune diseases and women’s health. She went on to complete a fellowship in Rheumatologic Dermatology at Boston University, followed by her Dermatology residency at the University of Vermont Health, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.
Dr. Pilitsi specializes in vulvar dermatology and rheumatologic dermatology, helping patients navigate sensitive and often challenging skin conditions with expertise and understanding. She also has a strong interest in laser treatments, advanced skin technologies, and minimally invasive procedures to address both medical and cosmetic concerns.
Dr. Pilitsi is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care, combining medical expertise with a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment.
